The Leave Liability tab was reading a one-off opening snapshot that treated the whole year's entitlement as already available, so it showed about five days more per person than the Team Balances tab, which correctly builds a monthly-accruing policy up month by month. Both tabs now use the same entitlement model, the stored balances were corrected as visible, reversible adjustments rather than silent rewrites, and a later accrual run can no longer re-open the gap. Parental leave also stops appearing as a part-accrued balance: it is granted in full when it is needed.
