Menus and popovers take clicks again
Opening a menu, the downloads or notifications list, the vault or the command palette drew it correctly but nothing inside could be clicked or even hovered…

Opening a menu, the downloads or notifications list, the vault or the command palette drew it correctly but nothing inside could be clicked or even hovered, and with a warning on screen the rows behind it went dead while the rest of the menu worked. All of them respond again. Notices also stay in their own row instead of floating over the toolbar buttons.
