Contacts were failing to save and every bill was rejected, which failed the whole import; the preview also reported the chart of accounts as rate-limited and left it unselectable, so it could never be brought over at all. Imported bills now carry Xero's own dates and the right supplier, and each legal entity's invoices and bills point at that entity's own customer or supplier.
