Business email you send from your connected mailboxes and your marketing sends (campaigns, including server-side and AI-launched campaigns, and storefront promotions) count toward the monthly allowance on your plan. If you go over it, you'll be prompted to upgrade. Password resets, invitations, signature requests, calendar invites and support acknowledgements never count and are never blocked.
