My Tasks tells you when a list is unavailable
If your tasks cannot be loaded, the screen now says so and offers a Try again button, instead of showing the "you have nothing yet" empty state.

If your tasks cannot be loaded, the screen now says so and offers a Try again button, instead of showing the "you have nothing yet" empty state. Your tasks are never gone when this happens, and now the screen makes that clear.
