A new venue takes its currency, timezone and tax from the country you chose when setting up your workspace, so an Australian cafe starts on AUD, its own timezone and 10% GST included, instead of pounds and 20% UK VAT. The tax rate list, tax type, phone example and the demo restaurant's sample address follow the same country, and a venue we genuinely cannot place starts with no tax rather than a borrowed one.
