Someone you've added but who hasn't started yet now appears under Lifecycle in Onboarding and in Pre-boarding, with their contract status (sent, opened, signed), a Resend contract button, and an Overdue tag when their start date has passed and the contract is still unsigned. From there you can start their onboarding journey or apply the pre-boarding template in one click.
