Double-clicking "Open till" no longer opens two tills for the same person, and a staff member can now only hold one open till at a time, so End of Day cash…

Double-clicking "Open till" no longer opens two tills for the same person, and a staff member can now only hold one open till at a time, so End of Day cash expectations stay correct. Till, End of Day and Z-Report times now show in the venue's own timezone rather than the device's.
