Pay runs no longer include contractors

A pay run now only pays people employed by that company, so contractors are left out instead of having income tax withheld and retirement contributions accrued on them, and they can no longer be reported to the tax office as employees. The payroll screen says how many contractors were left out, the "Employees on Payroll" figure counts employees only, and contractors can no longer be put on a pay calendar. Contractors are still paid the way they should be, through bills and invoices.
