Opening Payroll for the first time no longer loads another country's tax tables: it asks you to confirm the country first, named after the one you chose at signup (or from your company details), and loads that country's compliance pack only when you say so. New staff imported from your team, or created from a CSV without a country column, also take the workspace's own country and currency instead of a fixed default, so Settings, HR and Payroll finally agree.
