Across contact and lead lists, call reports, ticket history, the support leaderboard, dashboard activity and announcements, task dependencies, the ads audit log, canvas collaborators and meeting recordings, anyone who is no longer on your team — or who was invited from another workspace — used to show up as a raw email address, a phone number, a string of characters, a placeholder like "Owner" or "User", or vanish from the record entirely. They now show their real name and picture, so a lead still reads as owned, a ticket still says who it was assigned to, and a shared meeting still says who shared it.
