Previously an upload reported success but the picture was never linked to the answer, so the counter stayed at 0 and no thumbnail appeared, even after saving and reopening. Photos now show as thumbnails while inspecting, open full size in a click, survive reopening the inspection, and appear on the inspection report and in the exported PDF. Evidence already uploaded but left unlinked is reconnected automatically where it can be matched unambiguously.
