Edit a pipeline in a side panel where one Save keeps every change and Cancel lets them all go. Drag statuses into order or move them with the arrow keys, start a new pipeline from To do, In progress and Done, and make any pipeline the default: there's only ever one. New item types fill in their own key, and Project settings now opens straight from the Projects menu, each switch keeping exactly what you set.
