Pages built from a template used to render their desktop layout unchanged on a small screen, so menus ran off the edge of the screen with links unreachable and multi-column sections stayed side by side. Existing published sites pick this up automatically, with nothing to republish, and any mobile adjustments made by hand in the editor are left exactly as set.
