When a quote or contract needed sign-off before going out, the app could report that your admins had been asked while no approval request was ever created, leaving the document sitting as a draft nobody knew about. The request is now always raised and routed to the approvers set in Sales admin, one request per document however many times Send is pressed, and if it genuinely cannot be raised you are told so instead of being given a false confirmation.
