Record a payment once and split it across several invoices or bills, including prepayments and overpayments, with a remittance advice to send back. Supplier payment runs now need approval from someone other than whoever created them, and they pay from the bank account you choose. If a customer pays an invoice online and closes the tab, the invoice still gets marked paid. Australian payroll gains Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 reporting with end-of-year finalisation, payslips that carry everything Fair Work requires, and contractor handling with ABN checks, no-ABN withholding and the taxable payments report. On the reporting side: tracking categories to slice the P&L by department or project, budget versus actual, proper multi-entity consolidation with intercompany eliminations, saved report layouts, bulk find-and-recode that posts a correcting journal instead of rewriting history, recurring journals, and scheduled reports that keep running whether or not anyone has the app open.
