Removed a Chart of Accounts filter option that never matched anything
The 'Direct cost' account type filter always returned an empty list because no account was ever created with it.

The 'Direct cost' account type filter always returned an empty list because no account was ever created with it. It's removed; cost-of-sales accounts are correctly grouped as expense accounts so your profit and loss gross margin still calculates correctly.
