Sign-off before a document goes out for signature is now something a workspace turns on deliberately in Sales admin, instead of applying by default to every workspace that never configured it. You can require it for the whole team, or name individual people (a new rep in training, say) who always ask while everyone else sends directly. Whoever has to ask is now told both when they start the document and again on the final review step, and a request that could not be raised says so instead of reporting a send that never happened.
