Review Mo's suggested replies before anything reaches a customer
When Mo is in trial mode it now writes a suggested reply on every new ticket and emails nobody.

When Mo is in trial mode it now writes a suggested reply on every new ticket and emails nobody. Open the ticket and press "Review and send this reply" to load it into the reply box, edit it if you need to, and send. A banner on the support board shows which automatic replies are switched on, lets you read everything written recently, and links straight to the settings, so you can switch Mo to sending on its own once you trust it.
