Reporting or editing an incident with a date later than now is now refused with a clear message, both in the form and in the database, so safety dashboards and compliance reports stay trustworthy. Incident severity, status and type now read as proper labels instead of raw codes, dates follow the workspace's language and date-format settings, and the Report Incident and Start Inspection shortcuts on the overview open their form directly instead of just switching tab.
