Incidents, inspections and corrective actions now record the person who reported, investigated, carried out or raised them, and that name appears on the list, the detail page, the CSV export and the inspection PDF. Existing records have been filled in from the activity history where it was available, so your incident register and inspection records stand up in an audit or insurance claim.
