Sales forecast totals match the deals behind them
Closed deals sitting in open-sounding stage names were being counted as open pipeline, making forecast totals not add up to the header figure.

Closed deals sitting in open-sounding stage names were being counted as open pipeline, making forecast totals not add up to the header figure. Near-duplicate imported stage names are also now grouped together, and deals parked with no active work default to a 0% forecast instead of an optimistic 15%.
