Save a new hire as a draft from any step
When adding a staff member you can now save them as a draft from any step of the setup, not only the final review.

When adding a staff member you can now save them as a draft from any step of the setup, not only the final review. The home address is now optional too: when it is left blank the contract simply leaves that line out, so it no longer blocks sending for signature.
