Saving a website as a template now works with any category
The Category field in Save as Template is now a list of the template categories the library supports, so saving no longer fails.

The Category field in Save as Template is now a list of the template categories the library supports, so saving no longer fails. If a save ever does fail, you now see a clear message instead of a technical database error.
