Press K in the design editor to switch on the new Scale tool, then drag any handle: text, outlines, rounded corners, shadows and everything else grow or shrink together, keeping the layout exactly as you designed it. It works on a single item, on several selected at once, and on groups. You can also turn it on from the Scale button in the properties panel, and press K again to go back to normal resizing.
