Attachments on tickets raised from another region used to show a blank space instead of the image, and downloading them failed.

Attachments on tickets raised from another region used to show a blank space instead of the image, and downloading them failed. They now load and download wherever the ticket was reported from, so you can see what the customer sent without asking them to send it again. Diagnostic log files attached to a ticket are also shown with their own file icon so they are not mistaken for screenshots.
