Task searches used to run over the description exactly as stored, so a few characters could match hidden markup or the data inside a pasted image and hand back a task with no visible connection to the search. Searches now read the same visible text a person sees. Task lists also come back at a sensible size: each task carries the first 400 characters of its description, the same short preview the task boards show, with the full text one step away, and a long list now says that more is available and how to ask for it.
