The Send dialog names the address and explains what to do, instead of accepting the send and then bouncing every copy. This is the failure that made a plain-text test send report sent with nothing delivered. The dialog also no longer defaults to all contacts, a duplicated campaign keeps its original's list, and you can type to search your lists.
