"Send test to this address" sends an actual test email from Automo to your support forwarding address and shows the result on the page, linking the ticket it created, or tells you within two minutes if nothing arrived. Test tickets are flagged so they stay out of your support analytics, and you can still send a manual test from your own mailbox.
