Setting up a cap table for an Australian, New Zealand, UK or Singapore entity now starts from Ordinary shares — pre-filled and first in the list — with local instruments like preference shares, employee options and convertible notes. US instrument types stay available behind "Show all instrument types", nothing was removed, and existing classes keep their stored type and shared labelling.
