Choosing "Anyone with the link" in the photo editor's share dialog used to snap back to workspace access a moment later, and people invited by email were not saved. The dialog now reads and writes the photo project's own sharing settings, so the level you pick is the level that is kept. Links copied from documents and spreadsheets also now always point at a working web address, including from the mobile apps.
