Em dashes, curly quotes and other typography used to be replaced with question marks, so a customer could receive an order form titled "Accruit ? Agreement", and each line item's quantity and price were drawn on the wrong row, crowding the totals. Sales reps can also send a saved draft straight from the deal timeline now: that button follows the workspace's own send policy instead of an admin-only rule, and when sign-off is genuinely required it says so and points to the approval request rather than claiming the document went out.
