Start and end dates on the staff list and staff profile, and the dates in a person's compensation history, no longer appear one day early when your computer is set to a timezone behind UTC (for example the Americas). Probation end dates worked out from a start date also land on the correct day, and these dates follow the date format you pick in your profile preferences.
