The agent leaderboard now counts tickets closed or resolved from the support board, and Fix in Ciao fixes for tickets stored in other regions, under the person who actually did the work. Before, many of these tickets showed up under nobody or under whoever they were assigned to. The period totals no longer say "this region only", and the page now warns you when a region didn't respond and the numbers may be too low.
