Ordering a printed shirt through Gelato could pick the wrong garment (a kids shirt instead of the women's one you chose), refuse the order after it was placed, or print without parts of your design. Print artwork is now produced by our own editor — exactly what you proofed, including vector graphics — instead of an external conversion service, so nothing goes missing in the middle. You can also see and choose the real fit, size, colour and print sides for each product, and an order a product can't physically print is stopped before it is placed, instead of being accepted and refused later.
