The By person table now lists only people; work with no owner shows as a short note under the table instead of a fake team member row.

The By person table now lists only people; work with no owner shows as a short note under the table instead of a fake team member row. Recent changes now say "assigned contact X to Y" when a record had no owner before, and money figures use the same currency code style as the Customers dashboard.
