The address bar opens what you highlighted
When workspace results arrived a moment after you pressed the down arrow, the highlight could slide onto a different row, and Enter opened that one instead.

When workspace results arrived a moment after you pressed the down arrow, the highlight could slide onto a different row, and Enter opened that one instead. The highlight now stays on the row you chose.
