Alongside the failed-charge message it shows how many AI credits are left, roughly how long they last at your current usage, and states that when the balance hits zero AI features stop, including AI agents that answer calls. The banner also wraps instead of cutting the message off mid-sentence on narrower screens, so the instruction is always readable.
