Dock them to the right, the bottom or the left, or pull them out into their own window, and the next time you open them they come back the same way, including after you quit and relaunch. Before, they snapped back to the bottom on every open. Behaviour change: the first time you open the developer tools in a profile they now dock to the right (it used to be the bottom). Move them once and they stay where you put them.
