The equity audit trail now records the events that matter: shares issued or transferred, option pools created and resized, stakeholders and valuations added or changed, and options exercised — each with who did it, when, and what changed. Previously only invitation-link sharing was logged, so there was no way to show an auditor or shareholder who recorded a share movement. The date filters on the audit screen now use the same date picker as the rest of Finance.
