the bar that appears when you select an element uses the same icon size and the same solid blue highlight as the main tool rail, names like "Remove background" and "More settings" are no longer cut short, and the text tools in that bar keep their full names too. The main rail's page badge is fully visible and tool names read in full, with the bar scrolling when the tools need the room.
