The Workspace assets panel now hands over where you are

"Open library" opens the folder you are standing in, and the right library for the tab you are on, instead of always dropping you at the top of Files. A new type filter narrows a busy shelf to just images, video, audio or documents, and the panel now says when it is showing only the newest few so a full grid is no longer mistaken for the whole workspace. On a page where assets are deliberately withheld, the panel states that once, clearly, with a way through to the library rather than three tabs that all say the same thing.
