The support inbox adds up tickets from all of our regions, so the numbers on screen are the real totals rather than whatever happened to live in one place.

The support inbox adds up tickets from all of our regions, so the numbers on screen are the real totals rather than whatever happened to live in one place. Reports filed from the mobile apps are counted alongside the web ones. If a region cannot be reached, the totals are clearly marked as incomplete instead of quietly showing a smaller number.
