Assigning a new ticket to someone now moves it to Open, and sending tickets to Ciao moves them to In Progress, with the New count and every other status count updating instantly. The counts also refresh themselves every minute, so tickets moved by Ciao, new inbound mail or a teammate show up without a reload.
