Time logged without a project is now non-billable by default, and each project has its own "Billable by default" switch (plus an optional default rate) so internal projects like General stop inflating the numbers. The running timer card also shows the billable flag, so it can be corrected before stopping. Billable %, the Billable Split and utilisation reports now reflect real client work instead of sitting at 99-100%.
