Dragging the handle at either end of a selected clip now stays under your finger and shortens or lengthens the clip as you move.

Dragging the handle at either end of a selected clip now stays under your finger and shortens or lengthens the clip as you move. When you let go, the preview jumps to the new start or end so you can check the cut.
