Undo now puts a layer back after you drag it
After moving, resizing or rotating a layer in the photo editor, Undo returns it to where it was, and Redo moves it again.

After moving, resizing or rotating a layer in the photo editor, Undo returns it to where it was, and Redo moves it again. This was most visible on phones, where Undo greyed out but the picture stayed where it had been dragged.
