Your most important accounts now sit on the same tidy board as the rest of Support: one header, Active and Urgent views, search, filters and clean columns. Everything VIP-only is still close at hand, from the account tier and customer filters to SLA clocks, Portfolio Health and your VIP account settings. The queue tabs now read in a sensible order, too: All, Customer, VIP, Billing, Internal.
