Onboarding sequences set to send "5 minutes after joining" now send about 5 minutes after someone signs up, or within a couple of minutes of them verifying their email, instead of in hourly batches that arrived 1 to 4 hours late. People still waiting to verify their address now show "Waiting for email verification" instead of "Won't be sent".
