Yearly pricing in the upgrade window now reads correctly
With the plan picker set to yearly, the line under the upgrade button shows the yearly total as a yearly amount instead of labelling it "per month".

With the plan picker set to yearly, the line under the upgrade button shows the yearly total as a yearly amount instead of labelling it "per month". The price you are charged never changed, only the wording you read before confirming.
